Our company
PROMILL, a French company of the MORET INDUSTRIES group, has for vocation the study, the realization, the development and the after-sales support of Drying, Milling and Pelleting processes in the multiple fields of activity of biomass and agro-industry.
Founded in 1951 by Jacques THIROUARD, an innovative Eurelian entrepreneur, PROMILL has been able to reinvent itself year after year as the markets and environmental challenges evolve, without ever denying its family origins or its human values.
We have solid references in these fields of activity, and we are among the leading players in the global market. Our areas of expertise are revealed through specific equipment, designed and manufactured at our Serville site near Dreux, less than an hour from Paris.
Our team is made up of more than 100 people. We achieve a turnover of around 25M€, focusing our growth both on export (55% of our turnover) and in France (45% of our turnover). 50% of our turnover is generated around After-Sales Service, Maintenance of installations, and Sale of spare parts.
We also play an integrator role for complete Drying, Milling and Pelleting units. In this context, we study and carry out complete production lines which include, in addition to the main process, all the peripheral stations such as conveying, product transfer, ventilation, etc.
We have all the skills and all the resources necessary for the operation of PROMILL (Marketing, Commerce, Project Management, Design Offices, Purchasing, Production, Administration and Finance, Quality, Human Resources, etc.).
We implement all the means to achieve our objectives of management of the company and satisfaction of our Customers via a Quality department directly attached to the Management which governs the continuous improvement of our performances, for the benefit of our customers , our employees and our shareholders.”

Member of the Propellet association
Propellet is the national association of pellet heating. It brings together more than 100 professionals who represent all the trades of wood pellet heating (boiler manufacturer, pellet stove, installer, producer …) and who are committed to the development of a quality sector.
Member of the UIMM Eure-et-Loir
The UIMM Eure-et-Loir is an employers’ trade union created in 1936 by the Metallurgy companies located in the area. It has over 150 members representing more than 8,500 employees (i.e. 80% of the department’s workforce).
Member of the French Fab
The French Fab, launched on 2 October 2017 by Bruno Lemaire, Minister of the Economy, Finance and Recovery, is the standard of French industry on the move. The French Fab embodies the companies, economic players, institutions and industrial sites located in France that identify with the desire to develop French industry. Our workshop
Covering an area of 10,000m², our factory and the 40 skilled employees working there are the heart of PROMILL. By carrying out high added value operations such as drilling, machining and assembly in our premises, we control our manufacturing costs, we keep our delivery deadlines and we guarantee the quality of our products.
Test stations
PROMILL premises in Serville (28) are fully equipped with an operational test station.
Our engineers and technicians are able to test and evaluate the milling and pelleting of various products supplied by our potential customers around the world.
