Promill-Stolz in Russia, from 27th of September to 1st of October

The Promill-Stolz commercial team went to Moscow, Russia, to meet our Russian neighbors and to be at their listening.
The Lesdrevmash 2010 show turned out to be a mine of essential information to meet the needs of this promising market.

New partnership with Comact

The management of Promill-Stolz is proud to announce a new partnership with Comact, a Canadian company offering complete solutions of sawmill and handling equipments. One of the Comact strengths is to offer a personalized turnkey service, meeting perfectly the expectations of customers located in North America.

As part of this partnership, Promill-Stolz will be represented by Comact (in Canada, in Mexico and in the USA) which will sale pelletizing factories. The customers will so benefit from the long experience and from the greater expertise of Comact and Promill-Stolz in the domains of the sawing and of the wood pelletizing.

Comact and Promill-Stolz are partners since February, 2009.

Wood Energy: a bonanza of jobs for countries

1 job created for each 2000 tonnes of fuel from wood waste.
The work of the Grenelle Environment Forum and the European Council concerning the development of renewable energy (up to 20% for 2020) and the objective of reducing the emission of greenhouse gases (- 50% in 2050), promises strong growth in wood energy that could reprénsenter a third of renewable energy in France. ADEME assesses the development potential of wood energy to 12 million m3 annual additional. Beyond the environmental issues the development of wood energy is a potential source of employment in rural areas with 1 job created for 2000 tonnes of fuel from wood waste.

Pellets fuel plants: the UCG a major innovation

In partnership with the company TOY, Promill-STOLZ specialist in GRANULATION / COOLING has put all its inventiveness and technical service of economic development of the Compact Unit UCG or granulation.

The unit is compact Granulation for biomass valorisation for the production of granulated fuel economic and ecological heating for all private buildings (individual or collective), public and professionals. Size, cost and technical performances of UCG are a tool particularly suited to industrial economic and environmental consequences of energy production for heating clean alternatives to fossil fuels. Compact easy to install, of a size particularly suited to production in short course (proximity of raw materials, non-rich waste from the agricultural and energy crops, near the place of production, proximity to a pool of consumer ). Towards a partnership with RAGT-Cały for cross promoting a certification process for the production of fuel pellet plant. The pellet fuel from plant waste poor, an economic and environmentally friendly alternative to fossil fuels for heating public buildings, private, professional, collective or individual.
